Ticket Policies

Purchasing Tickets

Tickets are available for sale in advance or at the door. Advance sales for shows produced by the Building Stage company are handled through Brown Paper Tickets. The "Purchase Tickets" link will take you to their website.

NOTE: For shows that are produced by companies other than the Building Stage, the "Purchase Tickets" link will take you to that company's website. Ticket policies other than those listed below might apply.

Picking Up Your Tickets

Tickets sold in advance will be held at the Box Office for you to pick up on the evening of your performance. Please bring your ID and the credit card used for the purchase with you to the theater.

Late Seating Policy

Patrons who arrive late will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager. If a show is sold out and tickets are not picked up by the opening curtain, these tickets may be resold to any patrons waiting in the lobby.

Groups Discounts

Special accommodations are offered for groups of 10 or more. If you are interested in bringing a group, please contact our Director of Marketing by emailing chelsea@buildingstage.com or by calling the box office at (312) 491-1369.

Accessibility

As a venue, The Building Stage is highly accessible for those using wheelchairs or walkers. It is all on one level with a slight six-inch rise to the main performance area via either ramp or a single step. The restrooms are also ADA compliant. However, the layout of the actual audience seating area changes with each different production and so specific details about accommodating your needs will change with each show. Please contact us in advance of your visit so we may make the necessary arrangements to guarantee your comfort.
