Rental Information

The Building Stage is available to rent for performances, rehearsals, and other events. We have a limited number of slots for full performance; the next one available is May/June of 2009. After that, January/February and May/June of 2010 are currently available. There may be some less formal, low-tech slots during the summer of 2009.

We haven't yet had late- or off-night performances but we would be willing to discuss the idea.

There is very little rehearsal time available on weekend afternoons and weekday evenings, but there is a lot of time available during weekday days and weekend mornings if you're willing to work on or around other people's sets. The summers may have a few more free evenings.

Located in an industrial area of Chicago's West Loop, The Building Stage is a flexible performance space with the intimacy characteristic of storefront theater but also with a vertical dimension that makes it unique among Chicago's off-Loop venues.
